A Letter From Jackie Killen:
March 17, 2017
Dear Friends and Patients,
As you may have heard, Dr. Killen passed away unexpectedly in February.
Personally, I want to thank you for the outpouring of sympathy and support you have shown to me and my family these past few weeks. I, also, thank you for your patience and loyalty while we managed this difficult transition.
Jim had a special relationship with you, and all of his patients. It was based on his belief that a dentist should be an excellent technician, but more importantly, a practitioner should be gentle, honest and kind.
With that in mind, I searched for someone that embodied those qualities, a dentist that shared Jim’s philosophy of treating people with respect and offering high quality dentistry.
I am happy to introduce you to Dr. Doreen Toy. A Bay Area native, Doreen has over 8 years of clinical experience. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, with her favorite subjects being her husband and two sons. They can often be found playing in local parks or looking for new adventures at places with kid-friendly hiking like Yosemite.
I am confident that you will find her experience and demeanor a complement to our office.
I plan on staying on in some capacity to assist Dr. Toy in the front office, and my family and I are still patients, so I look forward to seeing you at the office and catching up.
Please join me and my family in welcoming Dr. Toy to the practice.
